Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your booking according to the following terms:
Refund Schedule
- Cancellation 30 days before travel: 90% refund
- Cancellation 15 days before: 70% refund
- Cancellation 7 days before: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days: No refund
Refund Method
Eligible refunds are credited to your Masaruk wallet balance automatically and can be used on future bookings.
Exceptional Cases
If the trip is cancelled by Masaruk or the service provider, a full refund is issued. Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics) are handled on a case-by-case basis.
